Introducing the CT600
Ceiling Tile Unit - Ultra-Quiet 600m³/h for Healthcare Environments
Ceiling-mounted UV-C air purification unit delivering year-round protection for healthcare and commercial spaces. Advanced F7 filtration captures 92-99% of airborne pollen, dust, and allergens—creating a sanctuary environment during peak allergy season (March-September). Patented single-reactor design (UK Patent GB2615993B): air passes through the filter, then through the UV-C reactor chamber destroying 99.9% of airborne bacteria, viruses, and mold. Reactor windows continuously bathe the filter surface with UV-C, preventing pathogen buildup. Ultra-quiet operation (28-34dB—quieter than a whisper) suitable for patient rooms, consultation areas, and offices. High capacity 600m³/h airflow treats rooms up to 100m². Oversized F7 filters last 6-12 months, 9,000-hour UV-C lamps. Winner of BBH 2025 Gold Award for Best Patient Safety Initiative. Designed in collaboration with NHS working group and validated at Aintree University Hospital (84-93% real-world pathogen reduction).

The CT600 operates at 28-34 dB depending on speed setting—quieter than a library (30 dB) and normal conversation (60 dB). At low speed, it's virtually silent, making it ideal for patient rooms, consultation rooms, and offices.
Yes. The CT600 underwent rigorous bio-validation testing at an NHS laboratory, demonstrating 99.9% pathogen reduction. It was also deployed in the Aintree University Hospital study and won the BBH 2025 Gold Award for Best Patient Safety Initiative.
The CT600 is designed for medium-large spaces with 600m³/h capacity. It has been successfully deployed in smaller rooms at reduced speed settings, achieving ultra-quiet operation below 28dB while maintaining effective air purification.
UV-C lamps are warranted for 9,000 hours of operation. We recommend annual replacement for units running 24/7 to ensure desired performance levels. Replacement lamps are available from stock in limited quantities, with additional stock available within 5-10 days.
